How can I save data in EDF format?
EEG Data Format
Bitbrain EEG devices do not support the direct export in EDF due to a limitation in precision in this format.
The EDF format is limited to 16-bit data resolution. All Bitbrain EEG systems record at a resolution of 24-bits. To avoid reducing the resolution of our data files, we save in CSV format.
There are a number of third-party applications that will convert from CSV to EDF format. Two recommended options are Openbci or ASCII2EDF.
